Lymphoma and Rife 6/22/2010
I've had the opportunity to try out some of the Rife frequencies and theory on myself during my most recent bout with non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. Though I've not abandoned chemo as a viable approach for killing cancer cells, I have certainly gotten very noticeable and almost instant relief from node size and pain with Rife based therapy. So, for now, I'm combining chemo and Rife therapy via sound bites similar or the same to the ones available below for download. However, for people who are able to identify that they are at risk of having lymphoma (aka the BP cleanup crews that aren't allowed to wear respirators and the same people that will cost BP 20 billion in medical over the next 30 year), I believe that the Rife combined with detox efforts combined with mild cancer fighting agents such as Essiac tea may be able to mitigate or completely avoid lymphoma without traditional chemo.
Rife was a doc who experimented with frequencies (audible and inaudible) for the treatment of various ailments back in the early 20th century. As I studied the frequencies that are mentioned around the internet commonly for lymphoma and cancer, I noticed a clear pattern.
The clear pattern is an alternative tuning based on 2008Hz = a high B note. Or in other words, instead of tuning my instruments to 440Hz = A, I instead tune to about 447Hz = A. 2008 Hz is a common frequency mentioned in Rife resources for cancer, and as I played this frequency I had an unmistakable euphoric feeling in my front lobe when I first began the Rife based experimentation. Additionally, exposing myself to very high volume 2008Hz and its lower harmonics (1004, 251, 125.5, 62.75 etc) for about 30 minutes, I experienced a very very noticeable reduction in the size and firmness of the lymph nodes swollen from the lymphoma. After 3 more "self-treatments" I had full flow again in my lymph system which is huge for immune health and getting good saturation with chemotherapy and other therapy drugs.
So, I messed around with ugly dissident frequencies stacked on each other, all played back via my computer and amplified by a Mackie powered PA speaker 15" and 15" Mackie self-powered sub for about a week and a half before delving further. As I delved:
-I pulled together the formula used to identify chromatic scale frequencies (ie. if B = 2008 then A = 447 etc)
-I discovered that other Rife frequencies were precisely in or nearly precisely in this scale. (for instance 2128Hz is another frequency that is often mentioned in Rife resources and 2127.4 is the frequency for a High C on this 2008 chromatic scale.
-Had a jam session with some friends at very high volume to focus specifically on a stubborn node in my right groin (thanks to Philip Smiley, Mike Shotton, Steven Jeffries, Jesse Rogers, Noah Waggner and others who came out to jam or let me borrow equipment
-At around the 2 week mark after starting with Rife, ALL of my lymph nodes that are able to be hand inspected had reduced to nothing (confirmed by my doctor) with the exception of the stubborn one in my groin... However, the one in my groin did reduce significantly (from the size of a dime to the size of a pencil eraser point) and continued rife during chemo is seeing this node alternate between 1/2 eraser and eraser size.
After the jam session I refocused my attention on creating music on this new Rife / cancer chromatic scale using the Electrix Repeater I got in Northern California in 2002. Having the 5 string bass strung with a High-C string gave me full range to shake the floor and get screaming feedback with my Boss MTL-2 pedal. Over the period of a week and a half, I created 8 loops based on Bm and C scales and often just played them back using Jesse Rogers' PA (sorry about that blown 15 man :) hopefully that Emminence Kappa replacement will sing for a long time..
Last night, June 21st, I mixed a combination of the wave generated Rife sound and bass/repeater generated Rife sound into a 60 minute recording. It is far from perfect and desperately needs to be mastered (compressed better, EQ etc).
This recording is raw in part because we are trying to not only generate specific wave forms such as 2008Hz, but also generate the upper harmonics that are inaudible. The tones and timbres in this recording are intended to be played back in multi-speaker scenarios in which constructive and destructive sound wave interference generates the upper frequencies naturally. This means:
-You should wear earplugs and play this back as loud as possible.
-You should always playback with multiple speakers in play (ie. in a car that can create the low 30 and 60Hz frequencies) (ie. my Mackie PA speaker setup is 2 15" speakers and 1 horn) --- you know you are getting this effect when you move your head from side to side during playback and can hear frequencies that aren't on the recording going in and out (very high frequencies)
This Rife approach is at least a more effective way of getting your lymph system flowing. Lymphoma for me means extreme back pain that is made much worse by the shock of walking around or jumping, so jumping on a trampoline to get my lymph system flowing is not an option. I am very convinced that vibrating your lymph system with these frequencies and harmonics will help lymphoma sufferers immensely by getting their lymph system moving. Additionally, if the lymph system is moving, you are getting better saturation with the chemo (which is what you want). If you don't get full saturation with chemo, then you will be back in queue for chemo inside just a couple of years even with rituxan.
So, hope this helps somebody. Download the zip, burn the mp3 to a CD and crank up the volume. On a properly built car stereo with a powerful 12" sub, I'm able to a great experience using my normal max listening level... however, the louder the better, so make sure your speakers are fused, put in some ear plugs and shake your lymph system into submission and hopefully remission.

Detox before chemo 6/23/2010
As a result of the alternative approaches I played out over the last month, trying will all my might to find something besides chemo to completely keep the lymphoma at bay
I did a full detox. And I mean a serious detox, my foot and underarm no longer exists. I've been doing a very light coat of neosporin or polysporin on my armpits once a
week to keep bacteria growth down, but only once a week or less frequently.
The unexpected effect is that now in a detoxified state, I am tolerating the chemo drugs a good bit better. This is affecting me for all medications actually... for instance,
for years (maybe a decade) I haven't used tylenol because it would GIVE me a headache. I've explained this to doctors a hundred times and had it on my charts as an allergy and still ended up with surgeons prescribing it to me: Summit's Fruin ahem...
but yesterday I took the plunge and had no ill-effects from the tylenol I took. yay. I just hope that this will make the chemo just as easy to stomach
I completed RifeSet2 early this morning, but am having troubles getting the mixdown to export properly (cubase probably needs a reboot). It is MUCH MUCH better than set 1 on several fronts:
-Cut it down to just over 30 minutes instead of over 60 minutes (should make it easier to download
-Used intense low frequency compression to keep the low waves swinging throughout the track
-Successfully EQ high frequency tracks based on 2008 octaves and got very good constructive interference
-Wear ear plugs!! The filtering of the frequencies used on these tracks means that your speakers are going to be able to
produce the sound at a much higher decibel level than they can for normal full range music without distorting.
-You should be able to play these tracks at a higher level on the high end and on the low end up to what your subs/woofers are capable of, however
remember that you can do Rife therapy with a solid loud stereo, but it doesn't work on solid loud stereos with blown speakers... if you smell that ozone new speaker smell, turn it down a notch or two.
Available later today:
RifeSet2.mp3 (30+ minutes)

More love, riding the crest of a wave that is letting me enjoy some beautiful people who are beating cancer,

Reclassifying Rife therapies.. frequencies.. vibrations.. 8/5/2010
In short, taking massage to a micro and macro level simultaneously via full body exposure to sound at fairly high volumes. Massage is widely accept as at least acceptable and to some considered helpful in conjunction with chemo. For instance, the Hope Clinic at Martha Jefferson in Charlottesville had a professional massage therapist rotating between patients. This Hope Cancer group is very easy to compliment for a number of reasons - a list of reasons that increases often.
The application could be compared in part to massage pillows and mats that vibrate you, but the effects have a wider spectrum of application and effect as a collection of varied frequencies is applied where only one low frequency has typically been used in the past.
So, from now on I'll not be referring to Rife by name as I have taken a significant leap beyond classic rife frequencies and application techniques.
The new vocabulary word that I'm considering (let me know your thoughts) is Multi-Spectral Vibration Massage Therapy ( MSV Massage Therapy or MSV Massage)
Keep your head up,

Best Petscan Yet, Why and Next Steps 8/26/2010
In contrast to previous treatments I have done two things on my own to try and move myself from the failing statistics to the survived statistics regarding lymphoma. I am thankful for the inspiration, support and help from my family, friends and co-workers regarding these and countless other numbered items that need publishing:
- Detoxing and controlling diet to the point of lacking body or foot odor
- Took various antioxidants including turmeric (4x recommended dose) and Acai juice including seeds (3 to 6 ounces per day)
- Trying to keep 5 out of 6 meals derived from known organic and known cooking methods. Always skipping items with ingredients my 7 year olds can't pronounce. Largely coincidentally, my diet is lining up with Dr. Oz's recommendations for an anti-cancer diet.
- I have used a light coating of neosporin in place of deodorant once every few weeks to stave of bacteria based odor
- Receiving massage during, right after, and throughout the treatment months in the form of:
- Specialized Frequency Massage Therapy largely described by the mp3 above, "RifeSet2", played on a full frequency Mackie self-powered PA speaker and sub unit at volumes that require mild ear protection or just under that volume.
- I've received some overall physical classic massage on 2 occasions (once during the treatment I had at Martha Jefferson in Charlottesville). This method is great for full body surface coverage, but the lymph nodes are not all on the surface of your body.
- I also tried a vibration massage mat. This was great because the mat crossed over the frequencies I used in my sound massage supporting the sound massage centered on 447.23/A tuning idea, however it did not have the full body permeation that lymph massage needs
Also in contrast to previous treatments, my 4th cycle scan did not show any over sized lymph nodes. In fact the radiologist goes to the effort to state that they can find no lymph nodes above 4mm which is normal. On previous scans I always have had a few clogged stragglers amounting to 8 or more mm.
This means that my lymphoma has slipped into what they term as a C.R. or Complete Remission which is awesome. However, don't be confused that this only means that the cancer is only active below the thresholds of their tests. - After all all but one of my surface lymph nodes have been < 4mm since I first did my first 2 weeks of Rife frequency massage experiments. In order to move forward with Zevalin (the immune system focused radiation treatment) I needed this "C.R." sign-off and WE GOT IT! :).
Sooo, chemo today and chemo in 3 weeks and then Zevalin matching the "Fit" trials which have had significant success with extending the often sadly short remissions of lymphoma. Beyond this the challenge will be avoiding infection during flu season and as baby Eli arrives in November.
Anybody have an extra microbe killing blacklight... or a few handy?
Thankful eyes on Poppa and Family,
Joseph

Establishing the Patient Advocacy Servants 9/28/2010
Over the last few weeks I have been chipping away at a project to get a new ministry started at Mt Lebanon
(the church we live just down the street from).
Some leads have worked out and some haven't, but it is clear that an organization with the purpose I have in mind has not yet been
started in the form I'm proposing. Support groups or oncologists' staff 'counselor' probably come the closest, but don't guarantee
the services that patients deperately need (at least I deperately have needed such a thing).
The first thing to realize about walking through a cancer experience is that the patient is literally in shock and often medicated for
the most important days they face. While in shock it is difficult to digest information, easy to make regrettable decisions and very
difficult to think for yourself. While on medication it is easy to confuse facts, miscommunicate with practitioners and let raw survival emotions
drive decision making...
So, I wish that I had someone to accompany me to the doctor visits just so that I could have help digesting what is communicated to me.
I have even recorded conversations with doctors a few times to help remember when on lots of medication. Having a 2nd person there
(even taking notes) would have in immeasurably positive effect on my experience as a patient.
So, I also wish this for other people and am committed to finding the manpower and money to get the Patient Advocacy Servants started.
I need:
- Multiple people who can take notes and pray for people for 2 to 4 hours per week. The challenge is to find sympathetic and supportive
people who have flexible schedules. While the time demand is small, a doctors appointment usually occurs between 9am and 3pm. Several
profiles occur to me at first for this role
- Retireees
- Stay at home moms who join with other mothers to share babysitting in order to be available.
- Disease Survivors
- Multiple people who have spare time to perform focussed research and organization building. The research crosses two major focus areas
including grant and funding research in addition to fund locating and participation in developing and carrying out clinical trials.
Several profiles could fit into this team:
- Anyone with a little spare time to read and research
- Retired or active medical researchers, physicians and nurses
- Programmers and internet gurus
The most important thing for anyone who wants to help is to approach your work with a servant's heart. If we can nail that,
the rest of the pieces will easily fall into place.
Next step: writing some sort of business plan.. I'm sick most of the time lately, so please patiently stay tuned
Eyes on the road ahead,
Joseph
